Farewell to Pauline Arthurs

After seven years of dedicated service, Pauline Arthurs has retired. The team
celebrated her departure with an office party where she shared her plans to spend
more time with her family. Despite retiring, Pauline continues to care for her elderly
parents, reflecting the core values of Lawrence Cleaning. Sales Director Deb
Lawrence praised Pauline’s contributions, highlighting the company’s flexible and
supportive work culture.

Exciting New Contracts

Lawrence Cleaning has secured several significant contracts, bringing new job
opportunities. Recent partnerships include:

• Kloeckner Metals (Kidderminster & Dudley) – Taking over their
cleaning services and onboarding their existing staff.
• A to E Training Solutions (Dudley) – Supporting a leading provider of
resuscitation and life-support training.
• Intralox (Pensnett Trading Estate, Kingswinford) – Expanding
services to a major conveyor belt and factory equipment producer.
• Upcoming school contracts in Dudley and Wednesbury – Set to
begin in April, these contracts reinforce Lawrence Cleaning’s
commitment to providing high-quality cleaning in educational
environments.

Success at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre Pantomime

The team played a vital role in maintaining cleanliness at the Wolverhampton
Grand Theatre during the Beauty and the Beast pantomime season. With a tight
turnaround between shows, both regular and temporary cleaning staff worked
tirelessly to keep the venue spotless. Their dedication contributed to the success of
the theatre’s 130th anniversary season.

New Team Members: Welcome Liz & Carole

• Liz Price has joined the team, taking over responsibilities from Pauline
Arthurs. She has already started visiting sites and getting to know staff
and clients.
• Carole Lowe has returned to Lawrence Cleaning after retirement,
missing the job and her colleagues. She is excited to be back with a
refreshed role in familiar locations.
